Rental Information:
SUMMER RENTAL:
Weekly rental (Sunday to Sunday), from the end of June through Labor Day.
- Check in: 5pm Sunday
- Check out: 12pm the following Sunday
SPRING/FALL RENTAL:
The cottage can be rented BY THE DAY, with a TWO DAY minimum.
- Weekend check in and out times are Friday afternoon and Sunday afternoon (exact time dependent upon the availability of the cottage before or after your visit
Fees:
- Cost per week is $730 ($120/day with the last day free)
- Cost per day is $120
- Deposit: 1/2 of the total rental fee is required. A reservation is
confirmed when we receive
the deposit. ($120 of this is completely non refundable.)
- Balance is due 3 weeks before your arrival. You will then be
mailed a key and more
detailed instructions.
Cancellation policy:
Please understand that cancellations are difficult for us. We ask that
you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. We will
make every attempt to reschedule you to a time that works for both parties.
- Cancellation with MORE than 3 weeks notice: all but $120 of the deposit is returned.
- Cancellation with THREE WEEKS or LESS notice: the entire deposit is NON-refundable.
Payment:
Please discuss by phone. Pay Pal is also available for Credit Card use via an emailed
PayPal invoice. To request payment by credit card, please email Julia at ursaminorcottage@comcast.net.
